If you are not satisfied with your Oregon Aero, Inc. product for any reason, return it to the place of purchase within 30 days of purchase, in good condition and with the receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

* Please note: Customer-requested modifications to forklift seat cushion systems require a 50% down payment when the order is placed. The remaining amount due must be paid in full before the completed order is shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds, returns, or credits for modified seat cushion orders.
