If you are not satisfied with your Oregon Aero, Inc. product for any reason, return it to the place of purchase within 30 days of purchase, in good condition and with the receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

* Please note: Customer-requested modifications to our custom seat cushion systems require a 50% down payment when the order is placed. The remaining amount due must be paid in full before the completed order is shipped. Unfortunately, Oregon Aero is unable to issue refunds, returns or credits for customer-requested modified seat cushion orders.
