If you are not satisfied with your Oregon Aero, Inc. product for any reason, return it to the place of purchase within 30 days of purchase, in good condition and with the receipt, for a full refund or exchange. NOTE: FLITELite™ products are covered by a limited warranty: FLITELite™ warrants for 12 months after purchase that its product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. At its sole discretion, FLITELite™ will either repair or replace, at no charge, any product or part (with the exception of the battery) which is found to be defective under normal use and service. FLITELite’s™ obligation to either repair or replace shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy under this warranty. The warranty does not cover battery leakage.
