The Oregon Aero® BLU® Kit (Ballistic Liner Upgrade) includes seven flame resistant, shock-absorbing, pain-free helmet pads: one round crown pad, four oval pads and two trapezoid pads (as shown above). The pads exceed current U.S. Army requirements. The BLU® Kit Helmet Pads replace a helmet’s existing webbing system in just minutes, without helmet modifications.

Pad thickness depends on the helmet type.

The BLU® Kit Helmet Pads can be purchased as replacement, upgrade or OEM equipment.

The BLU® Kit Helmet Pads can also be purchased as part of the  Oregon Aero® BLSS® Kit, which includes a Four-Point Chin Strap/Harness and Integrated Nape Pad.
