| "Dont
be fooled by how these inserts look. ShockBlockers®
Insole Inserts dont need built-in arch support
or heel cups because of the way we have designed and used
the polymers and fabric. We figured out how to work with
these materials and have created the best self-molding
and shock-absorbing insole available."

Anti-Odor. And Very Comfortable. |
Our
patented ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts dramatically reduce shock to feet and joints. They
offer 20%
more shock absorption than other insole inserts. Originally
created for the U.S. Military, ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts are available to the general public and combine innovative
design and materials. They are for anyone who walks, runs or
stands!
I just want to let you know that as a member of the
Base Honor Guard we are constantly on our feet, since
I put the ShockBlockers (Insole Inserts) in my shoes,
(they have a built up sole and steel tap) and
I can stand at attention all day long
to
render military honors.
Thanks a million.

|
Recommended
for those over 130 lbs., or for anyone who practices high-impact
sports or activities,
regardless of body weight. Two-layer, 3/16"-thick inserts
dramatically reduce shock absorption, leave your feet cool
and dry, retain their shape. Great for walking or running,
whatever the distance. Available in men's and women's sizes
Small through Extra-Large. Can be trimmed easily for exact
fit. Instructions included. Inserts fit most footwear.
|
| ShockBlockers®
Light
Insole Inserts |
Generally recommended
for persons 130 lbs. or lighter but preferred by others,
too. The stiffness
ratio of the special polymer used in the inserts conforms to
a lighter-weight person's feet. Two-layer inserts can be trimmed
easily for exact fit. 3/16" thick. Inserts fit most footwear.
Available in men's and women's sizes Small through Extra-Large.
Instructions included.
NOTE: Use the regular ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts (above) if you engage in high-impact activities, regardless
of your body
weight.

Medical
Insole Inserts |
| ShockBlockers® Medical
Insole Inserts features a three-layer custom design for foot
injuries.
Also effective for walkers. Not recommended for running or
standing for long periods. Consult your health professional
prior to use if you have a medical condition. Top fabric is
high-wicking and low friction. The two underlayers are special
polymers: one soft and conforming, and the second more stiff
for improved shock absorption. At 5/16" thick, inserts
require footwear with sufficient room. Users should try insoles
in new footwear before purchasing to insure proper fit. Available
in men's and women's sizes Small through Extra-Large. Can be
trimmed easily for exact fit. Instructions included. |

INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION – Each
pair of ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts comes with instructions and a template in case
trimming is necessary to fit the inserts properly. Shown
here is a pair of ShockBlockers® Light
Insole Inserts with its packaging. Do you wear a half
size? Select the
insole that is the next size larger than your shoe size.

How
Do ShockBlockers® Insole Inserts
Absorb
So Much Shock? |
Originally
created for the U.S. Military, our patented ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts, available to the general public, combine innovative
designs and materials. How can something that looks as simple
as our insole inserts be so complex?
Explains
Mike Dennis of Oregon Aero: “When we run, walk or stand,
we generate shock, which is mechanical energy. This shock can
cause pain as well as stone bruises, shin splints and compression
fractures. The goal of ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts is to reduce the negative effect of this mechanical
energy. The
total energy generated can’t be reduced,
but it can be converted into a form of energy that is more
easily manipulated, in this case, into heat. A unique molecule
in the ShockBlockers® Insole Inserts
polymer creates this conversion. The heat created is then
captured
by the proprietary fabric
upper layer of the insert. This fabric is woven in such a
way that it also captures perspiration; the heat and perspiration
are wicked to the outer edges of the insole insert where
they are released and dissipated through evaporation. An
additional material in the fabric reduces friction between
the foot and the insole insert, preventing blisters."

| IMPACT
TESTING Independent drop tests comparing Oregon
Aero® ShockBlockers® Insole Inserts and
other insoles with shock-absorbing features show ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts offer
20% more shock absorption. |
|
| "VISCO-KINETIC®
INSOLE
INSERTS" |
| ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts feature a polymer that reads the temperature and pressure
of the foot. The polymer reconfigures its molecular structure
to mold to the foot and increase shock absorption and support
dramatically, creating what we sometimes call our “Visco-Kinetic® Insole
Inserts.”
This special polymer outperforms vinyl sponge, neoprene
sponge, sponge rubber, and latex foams in side-by-side drop
weight tests. Its micro-cellular structure resists shearing
forces that cause conventional insoles to squash flat.

| WHAT
THESE NUMBERS MEAN — The Delta G figures
represent the difference between positive and negative rebounding.
ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts obtained the best performance with the lowest positive
rebounding (Max +G's). Positive rebounding
measures how many times gravity is multiplied during impact.
In both cases, the lower the number, the better. |

Test Results Tell The Story |

Common
complaints about insole inserts are that feet become hot,
moist and uncomfortable. The Oregon Aero® ShockBlockers® Insole
Inserts fabric solves these problems through its combination
of low friction, high-wicking, extremely durable textiles.
Oregon Aero conducted independent fabric
testing as we developed our ShockBlockers® Insole Inserts.
