Molded-in seats such as those in some kitbuilt aircraft can cause uncomfortable seating. An Oregon Aero® Seat Cushion Systems for these aircraft require the use of lamination tooling to create a true finished shape, so visco-elastic cushions fit exactly and provide maximum comfort. Oregon Aero cushions can be adjusted up or forward by using semi-rigid foam spacers.     Shown here are examples of Oregon Aero® Seat Cushion Systems designed for homebuilts. The Oregon Aero® High-G® Seat

The Van's Aircraft, Inc. four-seat RV-10 (pictured right) comes standard with the Oregon Aero® High-G® Seat, a highly engineered seat that provides maximum flexibility, safety and pain-free flying. The seat tilts forward for rear access and reclines for pilot preference. The lumbar cushion is adjustable. The two front High-G® Seats are included in the kit (un-upholstered). Oregon Aero rear seat cushions for the RV-10 are optional (see below). You may opt to have Oregon Aero’s specialists upholster your High-G® Seats and rear seat cushions. NOTE: The High-G® Seat for the RV-10 must be purchased through Van's Aircraft (503-678-6545). Others interested in the High-G® Seat for homebuilt aircraft, land vehicles or marine craft should contact Oregon Aero directly at 800-888-6910 or by e-mail at customerservice@oregonaero.com. Manufacturers interested in the High-G® Seat as OEM equipment also should contact Oregon Aero directly.

Please note: Customer-requested modifications to our custom seat cushion systems require a 50% down payment when the order is placed. The remaining amount due must be paid in full before the completed order is shipped. Unfortunately, Oregon Aero is unable to issue refunds, returns or credits for customer-requested modified seat cushion orders.
