"You don’t simply replace ‘bad’ material with ‘good’ material and fix a problem."

"It’s the last 20% of a product design that’s the most intricate, the most challenging, and the most important."

WHAT SETS OREGON AERO APART?

Five characteristics set Oregon Aero apart from the competition:

1 Our ability to work with manufacturing materials in dramatically more effective ways than other manufacturers through complex, effective product designs. Oregon Aero also often designs and manufactures its own manufacturing equipment.
"There’s no magic material; we may use as many as a dozen different materials in one product. Materials contribute to a great product, but it’s the engineering that makes the difference. You don’t simply replace ‘bad’ material with ‘good’ material and fix a problem." — Mike Dennis, Oregon Aero founder and president

Whatever it takes, that's what we'll do to create an effective product.

2 Our commitment to design and manufacture customized products. We don’t create "one size fits all" products to make it easier for us. Whatever the application, we custom design each and every product. Oregon Aero takes the time to go through as many designs as necessary to get the most effective product possible. We talk to people who will use (and maintain!) the product, we conduct extensive testing and evaluation, and we don’t stop until we’re satisfied the product performs optimally.
3

Our dedication to 100% customer satisfaction.
That statement is simple, but it serves as the foundation for all we do. We guarantee 100% satisfaction to all our customers.

4 Our meticulous attention to details of product design and manufacturing.
"It’s the last 20% of a product design that’s the most intricate, the most challenging, and the most important. The last 20% is what makes all the difference in the world." — Mike Dennis

Our ability to create products for a wide variety of industries.
Oregon Aero designs and manufactures products that prevent and eliminate pain, improve impact protection and reduce noise, and that are used by aviation, law enforcement, the military and other industries Our state-of-the-art engineering and superb technical craftsmanship are effective in a wide variety of applications.
