The Oregon Aero® Aviation Helmet Upgrade Kit was developed piece-by-piece, as we continued to identify factors that cause helmet pain and noise. Ignore any one factor and the helmet likely will be as uncomfortable as it ever was. By installing ALL components custom designed for your helmet, every issue is addressed and none is left unresolved.  Consult the chart below to determine what components you need. We are in the process of building complete kits to make ordering easier.
