Behind the process of manufacturing a maximum-comfort Oregon Aero® Seating System are 22 years’ experience in seat engineering, testing and certification.
What makes an Oregon Aero® Seating System different is the combination of sophisticated engineering and technical craftsmanship. We work with materials in dramatically effective ways and pay meticulous attention to detail in both design and manufacturing, whether it’s a seat cushion for an existing seat frame or the complete seat assembly.
The materials and design work together to shift the person’s hips, pelvis and back into the proper position. And we’ve learned that a comfortable seat is a safer seat.
We design each seating system for the particular application, and the manufacturing process is equally effective for producing seating for an individual aircraft or large numbers for an aircraft manufacturer.
Oregon Aero complies with all applicable FAA regulations. The Oregon Aero Engineering Department has an FAA “Seat” DER on staff to support our customers.
