A Repair Station Seat Cushion Upgrade
Some Oregon Aero® VK SmartCushion™ Seating Systems, including some for certified aircraft, are completed through the Oregon Aero Repair Station #O1IR004X. Customers send or bring their seat to Oregon Aero. Oregon Aero complies with all applicable FAA regulations. See FAQ's and Other Repair Station Services for more information.

| Please contact the Seat Department to schedule an appointment to send or bring your seat to Oregon Aero. |

| We strip the seat to its frame. |

| We inspect the fame for damage and arrange for necessary repairs. We clean the frame and if necessary or requested, we paint the frame. If required, a new webbing system is installed. |

| We create a composite design seat, layer by layer. The design uses several materials, including visco-elatic foam, and as many as 20 individually shaped pieces. |

| When completed, we'll ship the seat to you or you can pick it up at Oregon Aero. We provide all applicable FAA documentation for return-to service. All materials meet FAA burn requirements. |
